Summary
It was a worthwhile experience working at Ekata Nepal Breeding Pvt. Ltd. The friendly welcoming staff and the space they have created for an intern allowed me ample opportunities to learn and know myself as a worker. Internship, a mandatory part of the BBA program, carries a crucial evaluation and opportunity to gather real-life work experience for BBA graduates. The internship is necessary to build up a suitable track for challenging jobs and careers. The internship is supposed to bond the classroom knowledge gained with the actual work environment. My work experience as an intern teaches each student to sustain the pressure in today’s highly competitive era and to gather courage and move ahead leaving weak points behind. During intern, various activities were done at Hatchery & Poultry that aid in the development of the internee’s interpersonal and communication skills. Placement in the account and marketing section made me familiar with accounting and marketing activities like creating a party ledger, collecting the cheque from the party, dealing with different suppliers and buyers, and maintaining the daybook, data, and information entry daily. Observing its income, expenses, and financial statement. Acquiring knowledge about it with the help of related sector personnel.
