Roto Poly Print Pack begins the history of the legal industry in the country and has been contributing its bit to national development. During its completion of 1 year of functioning, it is the process of understanding the packaging industry market, however, it has always contributed to the national growth with activities. RPPP reach the extreme of the county to facilitate its customer and build the trust of individual and business houses from the industry. RPPP facilities and products prove themselves to be commendable from the above analysis. The product position explained profitability and market coverage which is appreciable. The recovery of the paints in terms of their production position, their adaptation to technological advancement, and customer trust show that the colors have enormous opportunities and new heights to achieve. Intern at Rotopoly Print Pack experienced a lot of corporate cultures in a friendly environment. The intern was involved in various departments to gather practical experience about the functioning of those departments and the industry. This internship favored getting an experimental acquaintance with the industry and its overall operating system. Learning under those experienced heads made the internee’s work easy and the internee could develop and represent as a member of the industry rather than just an intern.
During intern, various activities are done at manufacturing that aids in developing the internee’s interpersonal and communication skills. Placement in the account and finance section made me familiar with accounting and financial activities like creating party ledgers, filling taxation returns, preparing Proforma Invoices, issuing, and collecting cheque and observing income expenses and financial statements, and acquiring knowledge about it with the help of related sector personnel.
