Summary
Vedik Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is a professional service company with substantial resources and experience in Financial, Taxation, and Accounting Services. For about three years it has been providing quality services to its customers. Moreover, Vedik is always there to welcome new entrants, train them, and place them a job for a living. The working culture and the staff over there were very kind and ready to help whenever they got the chance. With a skilled and experienced workforce, teamwork, and the trust of the customer in their service, Vedik is becoming a stronger and strong competitor in the field of auditing. However, there are a few things that Vedik needs to overcome to maintain its position in the competitive environment. There is a lack of punctuality among the staff. Office time starts at 10 am but most employees come after 10:30. This shows the weakness of the management team in Vedik.
Further, it also lacks the strategic planning to perform the tasks, as there occurs timely pressure within the staff due to the availability of necessary data in time. These are the most pulling factor for Vedik and Vedik should work hard in this matter to achieve further success in the field of auditing. Another thing I noticed is that the staff of Vedik are not satisfied the office manager does not provide them salary regularly they have to wait for a long time due to which they feel dissatisfied with their work. This might be the big reason for the high turnover rate in Vedik. So, Vedik needs to work hard in this matter to achieve further success in the field of auditing.
