Summary
Banking industries now have been the most essential component that circulates the necessary products and services as per the needs of society. Besides banks create the environment for income generation in order to raise the standard of living of the poor populace and enhance the industries for production for the big producers. The development of the banks has improved the banking as well as the economic condition of the country. It has helped to improve the economic condition of the people and provided security to the funds available to the people.
The internship has served as a guide to the management of banks, financial institutions, related parties, shareholders, the general public, etc. It has provided us an opportunity to gain practical exposure in the real banking world and obtain some experience that acts as a stepping stone before entering into the professional world hence, enhancing our personal skills and capacity and developing managerial skills and behaviour. It has helped in improving people’s skills, human skills, and analytical skills. It has also helped in develop the ability to work under pressure, to know how to handle customers of different natures, and how to work in a team.
The internship has been incorporated as an integral part of the BBA program, which provides students an opportunity to familiarize with organizational culture and develop managerial skills exposing oneself to the real-life functions of the business organization. The internship period is an exciting phase of a student’s life. It is the grooming period every budding professional needs and simply because one is not an actual member of an organization does not mean that one can ignore their duties. It is not just a requirement to pass one’s exams and get a degree, but it is a period where one builds professional contacts, and learns the art of listening and observing.
As an intern, I want to conclude that RBB is excellent in terms of its services despite some pros and cons with the issue related to customer satisfaction. It can perform better in the future by updating its working style and strategy and also by regulating its drawbacks, overcoming its weaknesses, and doing its best to retain quality services.
