Summary

Commercial banks in Nepal could be viable only if they could provide maximum qualitative services to the bank’s customers, which is the bank’s main source of income. Without the customer, no bank can fulfill its objectives. To maintain the standard of the bank it should always look for measures to adapt to changes.

This report has been prepared as the partial fulfillment of the eighth semester of BBA under TU. Everest Bank Limited proved to be a strong mainstay for building up my professional career. The internship gave me the perfect opening to plant my acquaintance in the appropriate field. It helped me to apply the year’s long theoretical lessons to practical areas. Further, in the past 8 weeks, I learned to work under pressure and broadened my knowledge, vision, ability, and confidence to perform in a real working upbringing. It was a great chance to gain practical knowledge of the banking sector. Besides this, the supervisors were extremely helpful in guiding our internship program.

It was a great experience working as an intern at Everest Bank Limited. The operational environment was friendly. There was good communication and healthy relationships between the different levels of staff. The author was able to find out various services offered and facilities provided by Everest Bank Limited. Working as an intern mainly provided us with an opportunity to learn about the practical implications of our career building hence it is a significant platform to better our future careers.
