Muktinath Bikas Bank is fast growing and leading development bank in Nepal. Its main motto is to provide banking facilities in every rural possible area of the nation. It has always contributed to national growth with its activities. MNBBL believes customers are the main source of income for the banks. So, with a vision of providing customers with excellent service, MNBBL actually has achieved success in building the trust of customers by providing maximum qualitative services. As the internship program provides an opportunity to receive practical knowledge along with an academic program. During the internship period, I got an opportunity to explore theoretical knowledge in a real working environment. As an intern, I was assigned various activities for various tasks. The internship is a golden opportunity for the students to learn in a country like ours where people hardly get access to the practice field while studying. The main purpose of the internship program is to help the students by allowing them to be practically involved in the activities carried out by the various fields of business daily.
Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited was the best choice as it has been providing a very good learning environment for its intern. The working experience in MNBBL is very important as it supports making the confidence level and interpersonal skills effective during the internship period. Customer service mainly emphasizes maintaining a good relationship with the clients. The main function of CSD is account opening, account closing, cheque printing and issuing, providing bank statement on request, distributing debit cards, and providing customers with the required information on the bank’s product and services. Remittance service includes the transfer of money within or outside the nation. The customer service section also handles activities related to mobile banking, internet banking, and ATM cards. The intern got the chance to socialize with people and found that the staff of MNBBL is highly committed to serving the customers and dealing with their issues. The intern learned to work in a team and maintains synergized effort for a better outcome. The intern concluded the reason behind the Success of MNBBL is its strong network and customer base. Intern had an excellent and valuable following experience working as an intern at Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited.
