During its 15 years of functioning, Surya Kiran Fiber Industry Pvt. Ltd. has gone through various ups and downs, however, it has always contributed to national growth with its activities. Surya Kiran Fiber reaches the county’s extreme to facilitate its customer and build the trust of individual and business houses for the industry.

The product position explained its profitability and market coverage which is appreciable for an industry with a history of some disastrous years. The recovery of the fiber products in terms of their production position, their adaptation to technological advancement, and customer trust show that the SKF products have enormous opportunities and new heights to achieve.
Intern at Surya Kiran Fiber experienced a lot of corporate cultures in a friendly environment. The intern was involved in various departments gathering practical experience about the functioning of those departments and the industry. This internship favored getting a practical acquaintance with the industry and its overall operating system. Learning under those experienced heads made the intern’s work easy and the intern could develop and represent as a member of the industry rather than just being an intern.
The intern observed the various activities done at manufacturing that aided in the development of the intern’s interpersonal and communication skills. Placement at various departments made to be familiarized with overall activities; risks associated with the activities and the matter that needed close monitoring in those departments. The intern is aware of the critical aspects of making, production, accounting, party dealing, receiving customer calls, etc. The intern completed the knowledge of the overall industrial operation as an intern analyzed the production process, and its income and expenses. Also, the intern observed the activities of auditors and the information required for auditing.
